Baratoch Pizza
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 cups water (or 3 cups enough to cover meat)
- 12 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 12 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust
- 12 cup ranch dressing
- 12 cup fresh basil leaf
- 5 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- Preheat oven.
- Place 2 chicken breasts, water, liquid smoke and minced garlic ( i used jarred garlic) in medium size sauce pan.
- Place on medium heat and cook until the juices from the chicken run clear, about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place refrigerated pizza crust on a lightly greased 9X13 cookie sheet.
- Spread ranch dressing over pizza dough.
- Layer the basil leaves on the ranch dressing.
- Next add cubed chicken spaced evenly over basil.
- Add mozzarella cheese.
- Put spices on next and then add the sliced tomatoes on top.
- Bake at 400 for 15 - 20 minutes or until desired doneness.
