Bourbon-Bacon Slaw

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, bourbon, lime juice, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over the cabbage in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours.
  4. Just before serving, stir in the bacon.
