Live & Let Pie
- 34 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 12 cup canned pumpkin puree (Libby's is best!)
- 14 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free calorie-free vanilla syrup (like the kind by Torani)
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon brown sugar (not packed)
- 18 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
- 2 packets no cal artificial sweetener (like Splenda or Truvia)
- 1 cup crushed ice or 5 -8 ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons fat, free reddi-wip

- Place all ingredients except Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers in a blender.
- Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into a glass.
- If you like, stir in additional pumpkin pie spice.
- Top it off with Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers.
