White Chocolate Martini II
- 1 12 ounces white Creme de Cacao
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka (Stoli Vanil)
- 1 ounce light cream or 1 ounce half-and-half
- 12 ounce Godiva white chocolate liqueur
- 1 dash Licor 43
- 5 ounces melted white chocolate, for martini rim

- Dip the rim of a martini glass in the melted white chocolate until completely covered; let cool and set aside.
- If serving with strawberries, dip them into the melted white chocolate.
- Combine the creme de cacao, vanilla vodka, light cream, white chocolate liqueur, and Licor 43 in a cocktail shaker filled with ice; shake moderately.
- Strain into prepared martini glass; garnish with dipped strawberry.
