Chicken vindaloo

  1. Brown the cubed potatoes and set aside.
  2. Brown the chicken, add it to a soup pot
  3. Mince and brown the onion
  4. Mix tomato sauce and vindaloo seasoning into a paste.
  5. You can add more or less of the seasoning depending on how spicy you want it.
  6. Add the paste to the onion and mix it in
  7. Add the water, salt,and vinegar.
  8. Stir to combine, pour over the meat.
  9. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min
  10. Add potatoes cook uncovered over a medium heat for 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are done
