Fruity Vanilla Dessert Soup

  1. In large glass or ceramic bowl, mix yogurt and ginger until blended.
  2. Add berries, watermelon, grapes, peaches and cantaloupe and stir gently to coat.
  3. Stir in enough grape juice to achieve slightly thick dressing consistency.
  4. If mixture isnt sweet enough, add honey to your liking.
  5. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
  6. Stir before serving.
