Almond Chicken Bundles Recipe ergozum

  1. Pound chicken breasts flat
  2. In a small bowl combine cheese and bread crumbs
  3. Spread almond paste carefully on chicken breasts, avoiding the edges
  4. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over almond paste
  5. Roll breasts up jelly roll style, secure with toothpicks
  6. In non stick fry pan melt butter over medium heat
  7. Saute breasts in butter for about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned reserve drippings for sauce
  8. Lightly grease medium sized baking dish
  9. Place breasts in prepared baking dish
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  11. Add sherry to reserved butter in saute pan
  12. Add garlic to butter in reserved saute pan
  13. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by about half
  14. Serve with rice and vegetable
