Green Tomato Mincemeat Pie Recipe

  1. Cover tomatoes with water and boil for 2 min.
  2. Drain and add in other ingredients.
  3. Put in a pastry lined pie pan.
  4. Put on top crust; slit to let steam escape.
  5. Crimp around the edge of crust.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 min or possibly till done.
  7. Serve warm or possibly cool.
