Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Pancakes Recipe

  1. Put raw potatoes and onions through food grinder, using fine blade.
  2. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Mix egg, flour, baking pwdr, lemon juice, a healthy pinch of nutmeg and salt.
  4. Drop mix by tablespoonfuls into 2 inches of warm oil (375 degrees).
  5. Fry for about 10 min or possibly till golden.
  6. Drain.
  7. Serves 6.
