Crunchy Chicken Fingers
- 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup Renee's Mayonnaise Style Dressing
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seed
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- Toss chicken with dressing in large bowl.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain chicken; discard marinade.
- Combine flour, sesame seed and seasoning in shallow dish.
- Add chicken, 1 strip at a time; turn until evenly coated on all sides.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 min.
- or until done, stirring frequently.
