No Point Vegetable Soup

  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cover and cook until the vegetables are soft (about 20 minutes) For a smooth soup, puree all the ingredients in a blender, For a chunky soup, just puree half the mixture.
  3. Return to the saucepan and heat through before serving.
