Banana Pineapple Freeze Recipe

• 2 c. mashed ripe bananas
• 2 c. unsweetened orange juice
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple undrained Grnd cinnamon to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing till smooth and creamy.
2. Pour mix into a 9- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish and freeze overnight or possibly till hard.
3. Serve chilled.
4. This recipe yields 12 servings.
5. Serving size: 1/2 c..
6. Comments: Try this dessert when you are in the mood for something cold and creamy without all the fat of ice cream.
7. It's especially pretty served in wine or possibly champagne glasses and topped with a sprig of mint.
