Chipotle Chicken Fingers

  1. Add your flour and your Chipotle seasoning in a medium-size bowl and mix together well
  2. In a large frying pan start to heat up your oil on medium to medium high heat
  3. Roll your chicken tenderloins in your flower and chipotle mixture to give it a nice light coating
  4. Drop your battered chicken tenderloins in the oil and let them fried till golden brown roughly 2 to 3 minutes on each side
  5. Once you pull your chicken out of your frying pan I usually like to set it on a rack or on paper towels to let the oil drain off then enjoy with your favorite choice of sides.
