  4. Melt the butter over medium-low heat and set aside to cool.

  6. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.

  10. Then, the corn syrup.

  12. Now stir in the arrowroot flour or cornstarch.

  14. Next add in the salt, vanilla, coconut creamer, and the cooled melted butter.
  15. Mix well.

  17. Pull your crust out of the fridge and sprinkle the pecans into the pie shell.

  19. Pour the batter over the pecans.

  22. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 300F and bake an additional 25 minutes or until it is no longer jiggly and the top is brown.
