Chicken and Cheese Tortilla Bake
- 3 cups Kraft Gourmet Cheddar Shredded Cheese
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 jars (12 oz each) chunky salsa, divided
- 6-8 flour tortillas
- HEAT oven to 350F (180C).
- MIX 1 cup of the cheese, chicken, onions and green pepper.
- POUR 1 jar of salsa on bottom of 13 x 9 - inch baking dish.
- DIVIDE chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla; roll up.
- Place, seam-side down, over salsa.
- Spoon remaining jar of salsa over filled tortillas.
- Top with remaining 2 cups cheese.
- BAKE 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
