Bow-Thai Pasta

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding shrimp and vegetables to the cooking water for the last 5 min.
  2. of the pasta cooking time.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Place in large bowl.
  5. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle with the peanuts just before serving.
