Spinach Cream Spaghetti
- 80 grams Spaghetti
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 2 slice Ham (or bacon or sausage)
- 1 Butter (or margarine)
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 ladle worth Pasta cooking water
- 1/2 large cube Soup stock cube
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
- Boil the spaghetti in water with plenty of salt (not listed) for a minute less than instructed on the package.
- Wash the spinach well and cut into 4 -5 cm pieces.
- Fold the ham in half and slice into 1 cm widths.
- Put the butter in the frying pan and fry the spinach and ham.
- Turn the heat to low, coat the spinach and ham evenly with flour, and mix until it is no longer powdery.
- Stir in the milk in batches so it doesn't become lumpy.
- Add a ladle worth of the boiling pasta water and stock cube, and mix until it thickens.
- Add the boiled spaghetti and mix well (add salt if necessary).
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle on some pepper, and enjoy.
