Witches' Brew

  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil.
  2. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved; set aside to cool.
  3. Place the kiwi, mint and sugar syrup in a blender; cover and process until blended.
  4. Tint green if desired.
  5. Pour into a large pitcher; stir in vodka if desired.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale.
  8. Serve over ice.
  9. Yield: 6 servings.
