Sweet and Spicy Salad

• 1/2 c. canned tamarind nectar
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 tsp. cider vinegar
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 clove clove
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• .13 tsp. Tabasco
• 1/4 grated carrot
• lettuce leaves
• tomato wedges
• Cucumber slices

1. Mix nectar, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, and Tabasco.
2. Stir in carrot.
3. Serve on lettuce, tomato, and cucumber salad.
