Hot Buttered Rum
- 2 ounces dark or amber rum
- 3/4 ounce melted ghee or unsalted butter
- 1/2 to 3/4 ounce honey
- 4 ounces hot water
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
- In a warmed mug or heatproof glass, combine the rum with the ghee and honey.
- Stir in the hot water and garnish with the nutmeg.
