Deviled Potato Salad Recipe

  1. Cut Large eggs in half; remove yolks; mash and blend with vinegar and mustard.
  2. Add in mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, celery salt and salt; mix well.
  3. Chop egg whites; combine with potatoes and onion.
  4. Mix in egg yolk mix; chill.
  5. Garnish with tomato wedges and cucumber slices.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
