Pecan Pumpkin Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 13" x 9" pan.
  3. Combine cake ingredients (cake mix, pudding mix, 4 eggs, water, oil, pumpkin, & pumpkin pie spice).
  4. Beat 4 minutes on medium.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In separate bowl, combine filling ingredients (powdered sugar, cream cheese and egg).
  7. Pour half of cake batter in bottom of pan.
  8. Spread filling over batter.
  9. Pour remaining batter over filling.
  10. Blend together topping ingredients until crumbly.
  11. (flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and pecans).
  12. Sprinkle over top.
  13. Bake 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
  14. Serve warm or cold.
