Swedish Meatballs

  1. Meatballs:.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Combine well meat, eggs and dry ingredient mix.
  4. Roll in the palm of your hands a quarter to loonie size balls.
  5. Put into a lightly greased pan.
  6. Preheat oven at 350 and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Drain and add to sauce in the crock-pot.
  8. Sauce:.
  9. While meat is cooking, combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
  10. Cook in crock-pot on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
