Pressed Cuban Wrap (South Beach Diet Phase 2)
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas (6 in)
- 4 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 1 large dill pickle, thinly sliced into 4 sections
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese
- Lay torillas flat.
- Top each with mayonnaise, mustard, pickles, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese.
- Roll up burrito style and press with the palm of your hand.
- Lightly coat a grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Place 1 wrap on the pan and press lightly with a spatula until golden, 1-2 minutes.
- Turn over and cook on the other side until golden.
- Cook remaining wraps and serve warm.
