Best Barbecue Meatloaf
- 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
- 1/4 cup each finely chopped green peppers and onions
- 1 egg
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for later use.
- Mix remaining barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
- Shape into loaf in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- Spread with reserved barbecue sauce; bake 20 min.
- or until meatloaf is done (160 degrees F).
- Let stand 5 min.
- before slicing to serve.
