B-B-Q Roasted Venison

  1. Soak deer in
  2. water
  3. enough
  4. to cover meat overnight to which 1/2 of
  5. vinegar
  6. is
  7. added,
  8. pour off water.
  9. Add enough water to cook,
  10. addtepper,
  11. onion,
  12. celery, garlic and other half of vinegar.
  13. Cook
  14. until well done.
  15. Mix last of ingredients, add water enough
  16. to thin sauce, simmer slowly in oven 1 hour.
