Chicken Fort Worth Recipe

  1. Wash and dry breasts.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  3. In a heavy skillet, brown breasts in butter.
  4. Turn breasts over and distribute the minced onion over them (brown onions before this).
  5. Add in raisins, onions, olives and cinnamon.
  6. Mix wine and broth and pour it over the chicken.
  7. Cover and simmer for 30 min.
