Chicken Fort Worth Recipe
- 4 chicken breasts, halved, deboned
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. raisins, washed & liquid removed
- 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/4 c. cooking wine
- 1 c. chicken broth
- Wash and dry breasts.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- In a heavy skillet, brown breasts in butter.
- Turn breasts over and distribute the minced onion over them (brown onions before this).
- Add in raisins, onions, olives and cinnamon.
- Mix wine and broth and pour it over the chicken.
- Cover and simmer for 30 min.
