Sweet and Spicy Brussels Sprouts

  1. Clean brussel sprouts and halve.
  2. Drain water chestnuts.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and Sriracha sauce.
  4. Brown bacon in a large skillet.
  5. After bacon is browned, add brussel sprouts, water chestnuts and sauce.
  6. Cook until brussel sprouts are just softened and sauce starts to carmelize.
