Onion Bread
- 4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 10 34 ounces condensed cream of onion soup
- 2 78 ounces French-fried onions, crushed with 2 tablespoons reserved
- Heat oven to 350.
- Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Mix all ingredients except reserved onions; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
- Spread into casserole.
- Sprinkle with reserved onions; press lightly into dough.
- Bake 60-65 minutes or until deep golden brown.
- Loosen edge from side of casserole; remove from casserole.
- Cool on wire rack about 20 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm.
