Cajun Mustard

  1. In a bowl, combine dry mustard and flour.
  2. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup cold water; let stand 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
  4. Yields 1/2 cup.
