Cheese-Topped Tuna Burgers

  1. Combine tuna, 1 cup cracker crumbs, celery, mayonnaise, onion powder and egg in bowl.
  2. Shape mixture into six (4-inch) patties.
  3. Place remaining cracker crumbs into pie pan or shallow bowl.
  4. Lightly press both sides of tuna patties into cracker crumbs.
  5. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling.
  6. Cook tuna patties over medium-high heat, carefully turning once, 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
  8. Serve on hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
