dry rubbed oven country ribs

• 4 lb country style ribs, boneless
• 3 tbsp granulated garlic powder
• 2 tsp ground black pepper
• 3 tbsp paprika
• 2 tsp salt

1. preheat oven 450F Fahrenheit season both sides of meat put into oven bake 1 hour 15 minutes
2. let rest 5 minutes
