Baked Salami Appetizer
- 2 pounds Beef Salami (I Like Hebrew National)
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 bottle (about 12 Oz. Bottle) Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a roasting pan with foil.
- Score each salami.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the salami.
- Bake in the 350 degrees F oven for 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.
- Broil a few seconds at the end to make it crisper on top.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes and serve on toothpicks.
