Spiced Iced Tea

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Reduce to a simmer, add the remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for 20 minutes.
  3. Line a strainer with a thin, wet cloth and strain into a pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate until cold.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with orange slices.
