Chicken With Balsamic Vinegar
- 13 cup balsamic vinegar
- 13 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1 lime, zest of
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 4 chicken breasts (or 8 chicken thighs)
- Comine all the ingredients for the marinade and add chicken.
- Coat and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Barbecue or cook in marinade at 350 for 40 - 50 minutes or until cooked.
