Chocolate Caramels Recipe
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white Karo
- 1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
- 2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- Use at least a 3 1/2 qt saucepan.
- Butter 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan.
- They have to be wrapped individually in waxed paper.
- 235 degrees or possibly hard ball.
- Fold in saucepan:
sugar, white karo, butter, chocolate
