Strawberry Pineapple Soda

• 1 pints chopped strawberries
• 1 1/2 tbsp raw cane sugar
• 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
• 2/3 cup seltzer
• 1 ice

1. Combine the strawberries and cane sugar in a blender and puree.
2. Scrape the puree into a strained over a small bowl to collect the liquid.
3. Gently stir the puree to separate the solids from the liquid.
4. Discard the solids.
5. Spoon 2/3 cup puree into three tall glasses and top each with seltzer.
6. Stir just until blended, then add ice and serve.
