Pumpkin Hummus
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Garbanzo Beans, Drained And Dry
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini (sesame Paste)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Coriander
- Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend it until nice and creamy.
- Serve with bread, pitas, crackers, or veggies.
