Chinese Crispy Wontons

  1. Combine pork, water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, corn starch, salt and ginger in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place 1/2 tsp. of pork mixture in the center of each wonton skin.
  4. Fold wonton skin over filling and form a triangle.
  5. Turn top of triangle down to meet fold.
  6. Turn over moisten 1 corner with water.
  7. Overlap opposite corner over moistened corner.
  8. Press together firmly.
  9. Heat oil in wok or large sauce pan to 375F. Deep fry wontons 3-4 at a time for 2-3 minutes or until brown and crispy.
  10. Drain on paper towels.
  11. Serve with spicy mustard or sweet & sour sauce.
