Jazzy Glaze
- 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can apricots, drained and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup seeded and finely chopped jalapenos
- Jazz apricot can be substituted for the apricots, honey, and jalapenos
- Mix the apricots, honey, and jalapenos together.
- For the last 5 minutes of roasting turkey or ribs, pour a generous amount of the apricot glaze, or Jazz Apricot, over the entire turkey.
