liver and onions

  1. Mix flour garlic pepper and Mrs dash in a bowl
  2. Place bacon in skillet i use cast iron
  3. Coat liver evenly with flour mixture
  4. Place liver on top of bacon
  5. Fry for 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat
  6. Turn liver over and add onion
  7. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes more
  8. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk
  9. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes or longer with cover
