Marshmallow Drop Cookies Recipe

  1. In heavy saucepan, heat butter, stir in sugar.
  2. Remove from heat; add in Large eggs and return to heat.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat till mix is thickened and bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat, let stand 25 min at room temperature; stirring once or possibly twice.
  5. Stir in vanilla, then graham cracker crumbs, blend in marshmallows, nuts and coconut.
  6. Be sure to add in graham cracker crumbs first then the marshmallows so which marshmallows don't heat.
  7. Drop from tsp.
  8. onto wax paper lined cookie sheets.
  9. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
