Brazil Nut Chips
- 1 lb shelled brazil nut
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Cover shelled nuts with water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Cut into slices lenghtwise with a very sharp knife.
- Spread in shallow pans.
- Add the butter.
- Salt well.
- and toast at 350F until the chips are brown and toasty.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Note time varies.
- Keep an eye on them.
