Koch Kase

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix all ingredients well, cover it with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Then put it into a heavy pan and simmer over low heat stirring often until thoroughly blended, well heated and smooth in consistency.
  3. This will take about 20-30 minutes.
  4. It helps to use a whisk once the cheese starts to melt to get out the lumps.
  5. Be careful not to let it burn on the bottom.
  6. Can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
