Ham and Cheese Quiche
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cup shredded old cheddar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Prehest oven to 350F
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, stir ham and garlic into the melted butter for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to pie crust
- Beat cheese, milk, eggs and black pepper together in a bowl; pour over the ham mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes.
