Chocolate Cereal Bar
- 20 grams Butter (unsalted)
- 30 grams Marshmallow
- 40 grams Chocolate
- 40 grams Cereal
- 15 grams Sliced Almond
- Roast the sliced almonds for 10 minutes at 140 degrees C in an oven and let cool.
- Put the butter into a heatproof bowl and microwave to melt (for 1 minute at 700W).
- Then add the marshmallows to mix in.
- Microwave the marshmallows to dissolve (about 30 seconds at 700W).
- Then add the chopped chocolate and mix together.
- When it is mixed well, add the cereal and sliced almonds to stir well (If the cereal is too big, chop it up roughly).
- Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined mold.
- Let it cool.
- If you don't have a mold, pour the mixture into parchment paper, and shape with a spatula.
- When it has set, cut into suitable sizes.
- This is white chocolate version.
- I add milk cookies and sliced almonds here.
