Curried Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
- 2 med. celery stalks, sliced
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced Kling peaches
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. cooked ham, diced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lettuce leaves
- Thirty min before serving: Prepare macaroni per label instructions, drain and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, prepare frzn peas, (let defrost).
- Add in peas, celery, peaches and ham to macaroni.
- In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lowfat milk, curry and salt.
- Spoon mix over macaroni, toss gently.
- Line platter with lettuce.
- Spoon macaroni onto lettuce.
