Buttermilk Banana Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Line a pan with a baking sheet.
  3. Put the banana, oil, and sugar in a bowl and mix together while mashing the banana.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into the pound cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes of baking, take the pan out and make a slit in the top.
  7. Squeeze tubed butter on top.
  8. Once baked, immediately take it out of the oven and spread maple syrup over the entire surface.
  9. Then, quickly wrap it all up in plastic wrap.
  10. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and enjoy.
  11. It's excellent served with vanilla ice cream.
