Chicken Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook the pasta and cool.
  2. Pound the chicken to a pulp, cook with everything except pasta and spinach.
  3. Add chicken mixture to a food processor, drippings and all, set for destroy.
  4. Proceed to make a firm paste, add spinach and destroy for 30 seconds.
  5. Carefully spoon into shells (I use a baby food spoon).
  6. Place shells into a baking dish, bake for 10 minutes at 300F (until all liquid is gone and the chicken is starting to get crusty around the edges).
  7. Cover with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
