Tropical Coffee Shake

• 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
• 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
• 3 medium bananas, sliced
• 1 cup canned crushed pineapple (in juice), drained
• 1/4 cup Sugar Free, favorite flavor

1. Place all ingredients in blender; cover.
2. Process on high speed until smooth.
3. Divide evenly into 4 glasses.
